A Few Kindle Books under $8

$0.99 Taliesin by Stephen Lawhead – first in a fantasy series reimagining the legend of Arthur; this book tells the story of the legendary bard Taliesin, a smoky figure in the background of Arthurian legend

$1.99 Belong to Me by Marisa de los Santos – fantastic, well-written story about love and family; gives you a warm, friendly neighborhoodish feeling.

$2.99 The Body in the Library by Agatha Christie – no time like the present to start reading Agatha Christie. Miss Marple provides a gentle introduction.

$4.00 The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan – Creative use of Greek myth in the story of a young boy… really a fun ride.

$6.41 The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkein – read it as an adult, loved it, nuff said. plus (in case you actually needed more incentive, silly reader), the movie is coming out on the 15th, and it’d be good to read it first. Or after.

$7.61 The Holiness of God by J.C. Ryle – rich theology

$7.99 The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks – excellent book about loving a spouse well
